Mancora is a cozy little fishing village located in northern Peru just south of Ecuador.
Here there are attractive sandy beaches and seas that invite you to swim. Surfing enthusiasts travel here between November and February as the waves are most surfing friendly during these months.
Anglers know Mancora for its large fish such as marlin, swordfish and tuna.
Near Mancora there are also hot springs where you can let your skin be smeared with mud or simply let your body enjoy and relax.

WEATHER:
The weather is semi-tropical, dry with sun all year round. The risk of rain is very small. During Peru's winter months (June - August) the daytime temperature is around 20 degrees and during the summer months (January - March) the temperature is up to 30 degrees. However, coastal winds can bring lower temperatures and in the afternoons the winds can be strong.
